Oh geez, okay. Um. Remember back in the day? When we thought yaoi was pretty super kawayee daysue? And omigawd, wouldn't those two make the CEYUTESTEST PAIR EVER OMIGAWD?
I didn't escape that phase. So I compiled the golden moments of my fail here for you to see. This was the awkwardest trip down memory lane.
1.Xigbar and Yazoo shit: It really is amazing what a mess you can make in crossover roleplays. Seriously. This wacky shit showed up, and the interactions were hilarious enough that I had to draw it. This is the only thing I'm not too ashamed of. Also, ten points to anyone that can guess what movie parody is going on with chained up Yazoo there [ It's not from a porn title, I swear ].
2.Sanzo and Hazel: I doodled that around the time my best friend and her husband were planing their wedding. She cosplays Sanzo and he cosplayed Hazel. Perfect excuse to have Sanzo in a dress, obviously.
3.KH!Squall and Saix: Again with the crack pairing crossover roleplay shit. This one was pretty interesting to watch unfold too, mostly silly, since we were all pretty derp at roleplaying at the time. They're animals because I was in a DRAW LION KING SHIT phase. Ironically, it made for great animal anatomy practice.
4.Half finished Finny: Way back when I first started working with photoshop, Finny was one of my guinea pigs. I never finished him, and I don't think I ever will, so here, take him.
5. Snake-tastic Marluxia: Marluxia was going to be part of this really nifty idea I had for an Organization styled zodiac. I finished Xemnas, Saix, Luxord and him before I decided this was too much fucking work and scraped the idea. I might touch up Xemnas and throw him up here since his anatomy isn't too atrocious. His dragon design was pretty neat to me.
6. Speaking of Xemnas, what is that bullshit with Axel?: I just...don't even have an explanation for this one. Given my last tumblr art update, my tendency for apeshit ideas shouldn't be too surprising, I hope.
And that's that. I have a huge pile of old sketches I told myself I would scan and color at the time, but I might just sketch dump them instead.
I'm not sure how old these sketches are, but I want to say they were done in the early 2000's.
